Chapter 16: Page 7 – Unfazed G

December already? I look forward to having an increase in disposable income someday to produce pages faster. Unless more readers feel like supporting…but it’s kind of a catch-22, since I need to make enough pages to get enough readers before people will want to give me $$.

Alas.

But, in good Dan-life news, we had our baby girl, and she’s healthy and doing great!

I’ve also started being much more active on the social media site Mastodon, if anyone’s ever over there and wants to chat. I’ll keep the Twitter and Facebook accounts, but probably won’t be using them as frequently.

Transcript:

Panel 1: Tenzin is still glaring at Agent G, who is handcuffed to his chair, but Agent G seems unimpressed. Thalia places a hand on Tenzin’s arm.

Agent G: “Top marks for descriptive threats, but I’ve been there too.”

Thalia: “Easy, Cap. Wait until after he talks.”

Panel 2: Close up on Agent G’s face as he smirks and looks over his shoulder.

Agent G: “I’ve come this far and risked death already. Get me a map and get these off and I’ll show you where they are.”

Panel 3: Tenzin stands on the opposite side of the table as Thalia removes G’s manacles.

Thalia to Tenzin: “Get the map sorted, will you?”

Thalia to Agent G: “Don’t cause any trouble, or I’ll let Tenzin have his way, mess be damned.”

Panel 4: Tenzin rests an armored hand on the table, with Jane floating behind his left shoulder.

Panel 5: Tenzin closes his eyes and concentrates. In a subset below, we see a thrum of energy around his hand.

Panel 6: The scene pans out and we see a large holographic map of Minerva and the surrounding nations floating above the table.
